DELIVERY
We ship worldwide. Orders are typically dispatched within 24-48 hours of being placed.
FOR DOMESTIC CUSTOMERS (WITHIN INDIA):
Shipping is free across India.
Delivery time ranges between 2–8 working days, depending on your location.
FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
Shipping charges apply and are calculated at checkout.
Most orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. This means product prices are exclusive of import duties, taxes, or other charges.
As the recipient, you are responsible for paying any customs duties or local taxes applicable in your country to release the shipment.
EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

EXCHANGE POLICY:
We offer exchanges for:
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items delivered.
- Size or fit issues (we'll assist you in exchanging for the right size)
RETURN POLICY:
We have a no refund policy. However, if you're looking to return a product, we'll be happy to provide store credits valid for 12 months.
Store credits are issued after the product has passed our quality check upon return, and are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Store credits can be used to purchase any product on our website.
Please note, the store credit will not include the initial shipping charge included in your order amount.
CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGE & RETURN:
- Exchanges are approved only once per order.
- The item must be unused, unwashed & in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- There should be no signs of wear, stains, perfume, or damage caused after delivery.
- We reserve the right to reject any return or exchange request if these conditions are not met.
EXCEPTIONS:
Products purchased using gift cards or store credits are non-exchangeable and non-returnable.
HOW TO INITIATE AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN:
If your item meets the above conditions, please contact us at support@onemalone.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Once your request is approved, we will share a return shipping label and detailed instructions.
EXCHANGE OR RETURN SHIPPING:
In case of return, the cost of shipping back the order is to be borne by the customer unless the received item is damaged, defective or incorrect.
In case of exchange, one side cost of shipping back the order is to be borne by the customer unless the received item is damaged, defective or incorrect.
Return shipping costs are not reimbursed unless the product is defective.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Once we receive the item and it passes our quality check, we will process your exchange or return.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven't received a refund, please reach out to us at support@onemalone.com.
